Seminole Community College has a campus in Oviedo. This year, more than 7,000 students will enjoy the natural learning environment SCC at Oviedo offers.
Students of all ages can find classes from art to technology, English to health careers, and foreign language to interior design. Day, evening, weekend and distance learning classes are offered at convenient times.

The University of Central Florida’s (UCF) main campus is located about two miles south of Oviedo’s City limits.  UCF is a four-year institution of higher education, with an enrollment of over 46,700 students for the fall 2006 sememster.  UCF offers:

• 96 Master’s Programs
• 25 Doctoral Programs
• 3 Specialist Programs

In addition to UCF’s main campus there are regional campuses located in Daytona, Deland, Sanford/Lake Mary area, downtown Orlando, Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay, in South Lake County, MetroWest, Ocala, Osceola and South Orlando.
